Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Illinois will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Each item is subject to be tested and inspected by RCautoworks and or the manufacturer to determine any defects before a refund will be issued. In the event a product is returned because it was defective ( did not fit or work ) , if we test the product and it does work, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping the item back to his address. Tunes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Restocking Fee

A  25% restocking fee may be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. Restocking fee can also be higher then 25% on certain items

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call or email during business hour to change your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, www.RCautoworks.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.RCautoworks.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.RCautoworks.com  shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. www.RCautoworks.com  reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. www.rcautoworks.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Customer Information

Any customer information including any email addresses received by RCautoworks  will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, RCautoworks may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from RCautoworks, then you may send an email to rcautoworks@gmail.com  with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.

Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
